Okay cable is back and i have a backlog of mails to go through and based on the outages and screwups over the last couple weeks plus how spotty my cable service was over the weeks prior to us realizing it was being spotty people may or may not have sent me mail that either bounced or just didn't get to me. So I will be going through my mail and if anyone sent me anything urgent please re send to make sure i got it.

Went on a museum trip with [livejournal.com profile] sadisticseraph to see this wonderful exhibit and managed to snap a coup,e of photos before the guards mentioned it was a no photos exhibit.
I have to say that if you do get to this one do get down on your knees to look at the glass in the cases its a rare opportunity to realize that tiffany's work was to be seen in the round and that light dosent just reflect off the iridescent surfaces but is constantly transformed from all angles as it travels not just across but through these wonderful things.
Whats saddest is you finally get to the daffodil terrace restoration at the end of the exhibit and there are a couple of glass items on the wall that haven t been restored that gives you the realization that this exhibit is just fragments of what this place contained.
